Rail Industry Level 7 Senior Leader Workshop
We’re looking for an Investor Leader to contribute to our Customer Driven Commercial Value workshop. By sharing your experience across the rail ecosystem, you’ll help participants identify and shape new commercial opportunities – challenging traditional boundaries and exploring collaborative models that drive whole-system performance. Through your insight, they’ll build the capability to design agile commercial frameworks that align investment, innovation and enhanced service delivery for network-wide benefit.
What is required from you:
At this workshop, Level 7 senior leaders from across the rail industry will develop their commercial skills through negotiations and simulations.
- Share real examples of commercial challenges and how they’re handled in practice
- Explain how pricing, contracts, and commercial frameworks actually work
- Ask challenging questions that test participants’ thinking
- Give feedback on whether their solutions would work in the real world
- Support discussions on negotiations and creating value across organisations
- There is nothing you need to prepare ahead of time, as the facilitator will brief you on the day and provide all materials needed.
The workshop runs 9:00-16:30 and includes negotiation exercises, simulations, and sessions where participants tackle real commercial problems.
Skills alignment:
To maximise the impact of this workshop, we’re seeking Investor Leaders with hands-on, real-world experience that aligns directly with the focus area.
