We’re looking for an Investor Leader to support our Digital Leadership workshop. Your expertise will guide participants as they explore what true organisational readiness looks like and how adaptive leadership accelerates digital adoption. With your practical perspective, they’ll develop the tools to drive change through operational pressures and leave with a focused 90-day roadmap that balances immediate wins with long-term transformation.

What is required:

At this workshop, Level 7 senior leaders from across the rail industry will explore how digital technology can fundamentally change how work is done, how decisions are made, and how organisations build capability and resilience.

As an expert in digital integration and transformation, your role will be to:
  • Share real examples of how digital technologies have been used to improve the way organisations work, not just what was implemented but why.
  • Explain, in plain language, how leaders should think about digital technology as part of their team, function or business strategy.
  • Discuss what it means to move from an industrial way of working to a more digital, adaptive approach.
  • Demonstrate practical applications of digital technology in real organisational settings, particularly in complex, safety-critical or operational environments.
  • Answer participants’ questions and challenge assumptions about digital adoption, value and impact on people and culture.
The workshop runs 9:00-16:30 and includes hands-on digital activities, leadership discussions, and practical exploration of digital maturity. Your session, approximately 90 minutes, will sit within a broader conversation about digital leadership, mindset shift and transforming how work gets done across the organisation.

To maximise the impact of this workshop, we’re seeking Investor Leaders with hands-on, real-world experience that aligns directly with the focus area.
