The theme for this year’s National Apprenticeship Week is Skills for Life, a principle that sits right at the heart of our leadership apprenticeships. Our programmes don’t just build expertise, they develop real-world Skills for Leadership, cultivate resilience, enhance strategic thinking and the confidence to lead with impact.


Professional Wellbeing:
Live Taster Session
Monday 9 February | 1:00pm – 2:00pm
Join Dervla Gallen, Applied Psychologist and Content Development Partner for Fuel Learning, for a guest webinar on Professional Wellbeing as a Core Capability, with a focus on leaders in high-demand roles. During the session, you’ll explore practical strategies to manage personal pressure, make sound decisions under complexity and lead teams with care and accountability. Dervla will also show how high standards and genuine support can work together to build thriving, resilient teams.
