Rail Industry Level 7 Senior Leader Workshop
We’re looking for an Investor Leader to support our Present with Impact workshop. Drawing on your communication experience, you’ll help participants develop the skills to energise their delivery, engage any audience and make their message stick. With your guidance, they’ll learn to present with clarity, confidence and credibility – ensuring their ideas resonate across diverse stakeholders, from technical specialists to senior commercial leaders.
What is required from you:
Your role as a key stakeholder in this simulation, will be to listen to the team presentations, challenge thinking and interject expertise, suggestions and insights in each round; bring to life what EBITDA does; ways to be more commercially creative etc:
- You can be quite challenging (respectfully) in your approach to bring some of the heat and pressure that is often present in commercial negotiations.
- There is nothing you need to prepare ahead of time, as we will give you all the material when you arrive.
