What is required from you:

At this workshop participants will rake part in a Creating Value simulation, challenging them to think strategically, act commercially and influence effectively.

Your role as a key stakeholder in this simulation, will be to listen to the team presentations, challenge thinking and interject expertise, suggestions and insights in each round; bring to life what EBITDA does; ways to be more commercially creative etc.

  • You can be quite challenging (respectfully) in your approach to bring some of the heat and pressure that is often present in commercial negotiations.
  • There is nothing you need to prepare ahead of time, as we will give you all the material when you arrive.

Skills alignment:

To maximise the impact of this workshop, we’re seeking Investor Leaders with hands-on, real-world experience that aligns directly with the focus area.

  • You will have operated at a senior role yourself
  • You will have experience with commercial negotiation within contract renewal
  • You will have a background in commercial, sales, or finance

Your experience and insight will bring the learning to life, offering participants practical perspectives they can immediately apply in their roles.
