This is a 17 month programme, plus Gateway and End Point Assessment (EPA), split into 6 Core Modules, each lasting eight weeks and includes a Workshop, virtual Tool Pit Stop and and Coaching session.

End Point Assessment

The End Point Assessment (EPA) is your opportunity to showcase everything you’ve learned and prove you’re ready to thrive as an Improvement Specialist. Over a typical 3-month period, you’ll demonstrate real, job-ready skills, earning a nationally recognised grade of Pass, Merit, or Distinction that employers value.
