This is a 17 month programme, plus a 3 month End Point assessment (EPA). Split into 3 Project Cycles, you will complete 8 Core Workshops in total, each including 1:1 Coaching, plus a Progress Review every 3 months.

The End Point Assessment (EPA) is your opportunity to showcase everything you’ve learned and prove you’re ready to thrive as a Senior Leader and Service Designer. Over a typical 3-month period, you’ll demonstrate real, job-ready skills, earning a nationally recognised grade of Pass, Merit, or Distinction that employers value.
