The way leaders communicate during change can determine whether people feel it is something happening to them, or something they are part of. This session gives leaders a clear, flexible communication strategy they can apply across a range of interactions: keeping people informed and involved, addressing disengagement, and redirecting unhelpful responses before they affect the wider team. A small number of focused techniques can make a significant difference to how change is received and sustained.
