Lead with Impact
Level 7 Senior Leader Workshop
We’re looking for an Investor Leader to support our Lead with Impact workshop. Using your experience and expertise, you’ll guide and inspire participants – helping them to craft an authentic brand of leadership, build confidence and excel in high-stakes environments. Participants will leave the workshop having gained relevant tools they can apply immediately to influence their teams, drive performance and deliver a measurable, long-term impact.
What is required from you:
At this workshop, participants will be examining a case study where two companies are potentially merging. They will need to review the leadership structures for the new organisation, consider how they are affected by the announcement and prepare a short individual presentation which, pitches the reason why they should be retained/promoted.
- Their ability to influence and persuade
- The level of individual impact
- Providing recommendations for development
Each presentation will last for 5–10 minutes, followed by questions, plus 3–4 minutes of feedback from the panel per presenter.
Skills alignment:
To maximise the impact of this workshop, we’re seeking Leadership Investors with hands-on, real-world experience that aligns directly with its focus area.
Your leadership expertise and insights will bring the learning to life, offering participants practical perspectives they can immediately apply in their roles.
