Welcome to your Network Rail, Emerging Leaders Programme (ELP).

As part of your programme and CMI, Level 5 Qualification (Chartered Management Institute), you will be required to access 2 digital engagement platforms:

  • The Fuel Learning Hub – an online platform for accessing specific learning material, application tasks, submitting qualification assignments and communication with your programme facilitator and quality assessor.
  • Management Direct – membership for an online wealth of information, providing access to thousands of articles, videos, white papers etc.

Please complete this information request form before the 8th June 2021, this information is required to set up your access to the digital platforms. 

Following completion of the form, you will receive welcome emails for both systems with clear instructions for your first login.

As part of my management training programme I had to complete Functional Skills in English and maths. I felt anxious and nervous as I hadn’t been in a learning environment for many years.
