Development / Assessment Centres

Development and assessment centres are essential opportunities to gain a deeper understanding of the latent talent currently existing in your business. We believe the centres should reflect the organisations goals and aspirations as well as current demands. The centres should contain a healthy balance of IQ and EQ evaluation to ensure the leaders coming through it are well rounded with great potential – not just the intellectually brightest or loudest!

Typically we run assessments centres over a 1 – 3 day period. The development work following the centre often stretches over a following 1 – 2 years. This ensures the high potential individuals in the business feel engaged and have the skills to move into new opportunities as they arise.

We have designed and facilitated development and assessment centres for some of the worlds biggest companies. We always introduce a full set of IQ and EQ assessments whilst making the experience rewarding for participants.
