Please use the links below to access the range of video tutorials for the Fuel Learning Goal Setting and Mentoring Systems, Fuel Hub.

The Fuel Learning Goal System is an online goal recording and tracking tool. It has been intuitively designed to help you continue your learning when you return to work following your Fuel Learning programme. It has also been designed to facilitate a more meaningful and focused conversation with your line manager – who will be able to rate your current capability against a goal at the time of goal creation and again on completion. You can use this information to inform future developmental discussions and to link your activity with your companies performance review system.

The Fuel Mentoring System is a fully comprehensive online system designed specifically to facilitate and foster the relationship between a mentor and mentee. Through the system you can set and book meeting dates, track goals and success measures, set timelines and reminders and interact with each other to ensure the mentee is fully supported and the mentor is clear on the actions and responsibilities required of them.

The Fuel Hub is an intuitive, web-based system for participants to access essential learning material, information, documentation and complete their portfolio of work. You can learn at your own pace, starting and stopping your training around your own needs. You can learn at any time, any day and track how well you are doing on your programme.

Please check out our tutorial videos for a full understanding of the systems.
