Training

Our in-house team fully appreciate and apply the benefits of training. Some learning and development professionals state training to be ‘old hat’ and out of date compared to facilitation.

We see it differently. There is a time and a place for training and facilitation. For instance, if your company has a specific language, tone and manner you would like all employees to use when engaging with customers on the phone or over email, we would run a training session on why, what and how to do that. As the outcome is fixed, there is little point facilitating a session on how it could be done – then telling participants how to do it…

Consultancy

Over the past 5 years we have been involved in many projects at a strategic level involving our consultancy services to help guide and support organisational change and growth.

With over 40 combined years consulting and facilitating at exec board level we can apply our learning across many industries and businesses.

Coaching

We 1’2’1 coach many leaders across all levels from Executive board members to first line leaders. Typically there is a specific goal and objectives which we are working toward. 

Sessions are typically 2-4 hours in duration and the frequency is driven by the objectives and requirement.

Assessment
Centres

Development and assessment centres are essential opportunities to gain a deeper understanding of the latent talent currently existing in your business. We believe the centres should reflect the organisations goals and aspirations as well as current demands. The centres should contain a healthy balance of IQ and EQ evaluation to ensure the leaders coming through it are well rounded

Typically we run assessments centres over a 1 – 3 day period. The development work following the centre often stretches over a following 1 – 2 years. This ensures the high potential individuals in the business feel engaged and have the skills to move into new opportunities as they arise.

Conferences

We support many clients with conferences big and small. Our conferences services include everything from facilitating, MC’ing, full logistical support before, during and following the event. We have facilitated conferences for 10 –  1000+ people, providing fully engaging, interactive experiences.

Programmes

Our world class programmes are designed to ensure the learners are kept at the heart of the experience. Simply put, the participants are inspired, motivated and able to apply the learning and knowledge they have gained while in the classroom. All of our programmes are application centric, supported by simple yet powerful and effective tools. We also provide application guides to ensure the programme participants can guide their teams and peers through the learning when they return to work. All of our programmes support company initiatives, objectives and strategic direction.

For most adult learning groups a facilitated style is much preferred. This is largely because our expert and experienced facilitators artfully guide participants to self discover and apply learning – rather than having a happy clappy preacher telling people how to do their jobs (which instantly gets peoples backs up).
