Bitesize Learning

This is a range of 90 minutes, high energy, tool-based learning programmes. Ideal for busy people who do not want to take days out of the office for training. Covering a wide spectrum of programmes from creating a high performance to objective setting. These programmes are often run onsite, meaning participants only need to leave their desks for just over 90 minutes in total.

The Leadership Challenge

This is the ultimate programme for leaders at all levels of leadership. Covering everything from building credibility and authenticity to having a tough conversation. Typically run over 4 days split into 2 x 2-day modules with work-based assignments to ensure immediate application.

As part of my management training programme I had to complete Functional Skills in English and maths. I felt anxious and nervous as I hadn’t been in a learning environment for many years. However, my teacher (Vicky) was very understanding and patient, she understood my concerns. I can honestly say I have grown in confidence and I found the classes to be very practical and useful.
