Job role: Senior Facilitator
Salary: up to £50,000 – dependent on experience
Location: Onsite and up to 4 nights away per week

We are looking for an exceptional individual, who can light up the room when they enter it, to join our facilitation team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Delivering
- Delivering management and leadership programmes to small and large groups at all levels of management
- Providing innovative delivery to meet a range of participants’ needs and support learners who need special consideration
- Ensuring your capability and knowledge are up to date with new thinking and research.
Mentoring
- Working closely with the functional skills and quality teams to ensure each participant is progressing through their learning journey at the appropriate pace
- Coaching and mentoring learners throughout their programme to support successful completion rates and learner career development
- Reviewing learning materials and delivery methods to drive innovation and continuous improvement
Driving
- Ensuring you are aligned and working towards the company vision and values – explicit and implied
- Setting the highest standards for our clients
- Proactively offering ideas and contributing towards improving the business
- Proactively owning and driving your development in line with the business plan and your career aspirations
Teaching & Learning
- Modelling outstanding inclusive teaching and supporting colleagues as appropriate
- Evaluating the impact of inclusive teaching and supporting staff to improve practice
- Keeping up to date with developments in Leadership & Management theory and practice in area of responsibility.
Skills & Qualifications
- Extensive experience in a learning and development role
- Proficient at all levels of the learning cycle from understanding needs, designing programmes and learning materials and evaluating the results
- Excellent communication skills with a proven record of engaging and partnering with key clients and stakeholders
- Have achieved proven results when delivering management and leadership programmes to small and large groups at all levels of management
You will need to be:
- Able to travel and accommodate overnight stays
- Able to adapt facilitation style depending on the specific audience
- Adaptable and open-minded
- Able to thrive in a fast-changing environment
- Able to support and develop individuals to reach their full potential
Package
- Competitive basic salary of up to £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
