Job role: Quality Coach
Salary: up to £36,000 – depending on experience
Location: Remote and onsite with learners
Are you looking for a new challenge with a fast-paced business? We are looking for a talented individual to join us as a Quality Coach at an exciting time of growth.
In this role you will be an integral member of our learner-facing team, working closely with the Apprenticeship Team to ensure each participant is progressing through their learning journey at the appropriate pace.
This role will be based mainly remotely, with some visits to learners as required.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing workplace evidence for Level 3 Team Leader and/or Level 5 Operational Manager
- Collaborating with Facilitation and Functional Skills teams for participant progress
- Adapting, assessing, and supporting learners based on individual needs and ILP
- Recording attendance, reviewing materials, and assessing for continuous improvement
- Providing constructive feedback on Apprenticeship evidence following company guidelines
- Conducting virtual and face-to-face support sessions
- Maintaining records in accordance with company standards
- Ensuring high learner retention and regularly reviewing and RAG rating learner performance
- Motivating learners to meet agreed targets and deadlines
- Adhering to Awarding Body guidelines (CMI and ILM) and organizational/funding requirements
- Keeping learner records up to date for management reporting and audits
- Assisting learners in building robust portfolios for End Point Assessment (EPA)
- Preparing learners for EPA to achieve optimal results
- Participating in and leading standardization within the team
- Ensuring assessment plans meet criteria and assisting in preparation for external moderation
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a coaching role
- Ability and willingness to travel to visit and support team members around the UK when needed
- A high level of attention to detail and organisational ability to work across multiple areas of the business effectively
